They asked for an 8-hour unpaid design exercise. I delivered. One week of silence, then a templated "we're moving forward with other candidates" — no feedback despite asking twice.
Was told decision in "end of month." It is now three months later.
Nothing special but nothing bad. Four rounds, timeline communicated, offer as expected. Would recommend.
